One of my first swaps through Postcrossing.com. It depictures the former president of Suriname and the tower of the ministry of finance. Lindsey who sent me the card wrote that black people in Suriname often joke, that because the president is standing with his back to the Finance, all black people lack money. Because he should have always looked closely at the money so that it does not disappear behind his back.
